We are thrilled to announce that Engineer Doa’a Al-Derabani has joined the team at the Climate Action Network Jordan as our new Executive Director & Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Doaa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. She holds a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Jordan, specializing in Environmental Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, with a focus on Land, Water, and Environmental Management.
With over 11 years of experience in environmental and climate work, Doaa has led numerous initiatives and programs aimed at achieving sustainability and addressing climate challenges. Her expertise spans managing environmental projects in collaboration with government entities, international organizations, and civil society institutions.
We are excited to see how her vision and leadership will drive impactful action toward a sustainable future.
