Required Qualifications:
– A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in finance/accounting.
– Of the above experience, a minimum of 5 years in the role of Financial Manager within NGOs (local or international) or the private sector.
– Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred).
– Solid knowledge of donor financial reporting requirements, compliance, and audit processes.
– Good command of Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Required Skills:
– Strong leadership and managerial skills in overseeing finance teams.
– Ability to prepare budgets, periodic financial reports, and coordinate with external auditors.
– Effective communication and negotiation skills with donors, partners, and senior management.
– Accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
