Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, and operational assistance within national or international non-governmental organizations (NGOs/INGOs), preferably in development or humanitarian projects. Preference will be given to candidates from the local community (Ramtha residents).
Proven experience in providing logistical and administrative support for field-based and community-oriented projects, including:
• Coordination of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.Â
• Arrangement of transportation and field visit logistics for staff, consultants, and beneficiaries.Â
• Preparation, printing, and distribution of training and awareness materials.Â
• Supporting the organization of trainings, capacity-building sessions, and community activities.Â
• Managing documentation, attendance sheets, and logistical records in line with project requirements.Â
Administrative, and Field Coordination Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with project teams, partners, service providers, and community stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative reporting.
• Familiarity with field-based project implementation in community development, DRR, or climate-related programs is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Strong command of Arabic, with basic working proficiency in English considered an advantage.
