Program Goal
The program aims at contributing to climate resilience and an ideal WASH setting by assessing WASH infrastructure and management in all Jordanian Health Care Facilities (HCFs) and targeting 40 institutions (35 schools, 5 mosques) in Irbid and Mafraq, building its and the surrounding communities’ capacities to adapt to the water shortage, and implementing innovative and sustainable greywater treatment and reuse technologies.
Program Activities
- Conduct National Baseline Assessment of Climate Resilient WASH in Health Care Facilities (HCFs).
- Conduct replicable and scalable adaptation measures in 40 institutions (35 schools and 5 Mosques)
