2. Building the necessary capacities and collecting vital data to support the development of a Local Resilience Action Plan that focuses on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA).
3. Participating in the formulation of a Gender-Responsive Local Resilience Action Plan for 5 years, which includes migrants.
4. Verifying the validity, testing, and building the capacities for the implementation of the Local Resilience Action Plan (LRAP).
5. Ensuring continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of the Local Resilience Action Plan.
The main deliverables of this project are:

2. Delivered a Training of Trainers (ToT) and preparatory online sessions to build local capacity on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Climate Change Adaptation (CCA), and UNDRR resilience tools.
3. Applied the UNDRR Detailed Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities through multi-sectoral workshops to establish Irbid’s baseline resilience assessment.
4. Applied the Public Health Scorecard Addendum to assess health system resilience, with a specific focus on migrant-inclusive health services.
